How to use this Free Multiple Choice Test Maker

1. Create your multiple choice test

2. If needed, add instructions for test takers in the "Instructions" field.

3. Enter your questions and provide answer options for each question. For each question, select the correct answer using the checkbox next to it.

2. Customize and use your generated test

2. The "Shuffle Questions" feature rearranges the order of complete question blocks (question stem plus all answer choices). This helps creating different test versions.

3. Use the "Shuffle Answers" button to randomize the order of answer options within each question. This feature, when combined with question shuffling, creates uniquely arranged versions where both questions and their answer choices appear in different orders.

4. For efficient grading, toggle the "Show answer key" checkbox. The key automatically updates to reflect any shuffling of questions or answers, always showing the correct option for each question number.

5. The "None of the above" option can be included to all questions or excluded from them using the checkbox below the test.

6. Need to modify question stems or adjust answer options? The "Try Again" button preserves your entire question bank while returning to the editing interface, allowing for quick refinements without starting over.

7. Use "Print" button to print the test, or "PDF" to save it as a file on your device. Also, you can save this test as a PDF file using "Print" button, just select PDF printer as an output device.
